Emptying your bowels to the bowl could be seen as a merely vulgar necessity, something that you just have to do on a regular - or irregular - basis to maintain a healthy life. But it couldn't be further away from the truth. The act, of flushing your insides of biological waste, is a source of pleasure for many. It's a pleasure that most shy of and try to hide, but in secret they all enjoy it, and perhaps even try to treasure the moment when their insides become pure and light again as the heavy piece of garbage drops down with a clear splashing sound. For many it is an emotional experience, perhaps for having been able to do something that took a lot of try and effort. Perhaps it is for feeling yourself to be pure, or perhaps for having been able to show your bowels who's the man.

But that is only one side of it all: For there is definite physical pleasure connected to this vulgar act. Maybe that is why it is so widely shunned in the public, for being something so "shameful." But tell me, who doesn't enjoy either feeling a huge lump drop out, or depending on tastes, having wet acidic mush splattered around their sensitive parts?

You may consider it vulgar or shameful or both, but for one moment in life be true to yourself and say: "I like it." Because that's what you do.
